Lincolnshire CC could be facing its second legal battle in a year over plans to close libraries across the county

The Save Lincolnshire Libraries group won a High Court ruling in July 2015 over Lincolnshire CC's decision to close the libraries, but campaigners have now instructed lawyers to start the process of a second judicial review after the local authority voted in February to hand 30 of them to volunteers, who will run the facilities as community hubs.
