BBC undercover filming at a care home shocked me!

Panorama this evening was a real shocker - reporter Paul Kenyon undertook secret filming in a care home for vulnerable young people who were being systematically abused.

Panorama this evening was a real shocker - reporter Paul Kenyon undertook secret filming in a care home for vulnerable young people who were being systematically abused.

Despite a whistle blower contacting  senior manager & making 3 reports  to CQC nothing was done.

I found the programme very disturbing & it made me question just how sure can I be that this is not happening in our own care homes?

This programme left serious quantities of egg on the face of the regulator & called into question the reputation of one of the UK's largest private providers of accommodation for some quite disturbed young people at around £3.5k per week.

It takes a lot to shock me, but I found this filming quite disturbing.
