BDO LLP, the accountancy and business advisory firm, has appointed Greg Rubins as partner and head of its public sector audit practice.

Mr Rubins will lead a team spanning the firm's central and regional networks, providing audit and advisory services to public sector clients and will specialise in health and local government.
