You might think that living in a street called Bell End could expose residents to coarse jokes and mucky innuendos.

You might think that living in a street called Bell End could expose residents to coarse jokes and mucky innuendos.

But actually the householders of Bell End in Rowley Regis are so happy with the name that their council, Sandwell MBC, has agreed to keep it despite a petition to change Bell End to something less suggestive, like Bell Road.
