Berwick-Upon-Tweed BC is shedding jobs in its bid to be more customer-focused.
As part of a restructure, the council is creating a new customer services section but it's likely some jobs will also be lost.
Chief executive Jane Pannell said: ‘We will do everything we can to avoid compulsory redundancies.'
