Members of Cardiff City Council's children and young people scrutiny committee are to study child health and disability services to find out how to deliver best practice.

‘This piece of work is not about focusing on individual cases, but looking at the service as a whole and establishing how we can work with partners, parents and carers to develop the best possible model,' said committee chair, Cllr Siobhan Corria.
