Bi-borough director to join Thurrock

Thurrock Council has appointed Lyn Carpenter as the local authority’s new chief executive.

Thurrock Council has appointed Lyn Carpenter as the local authority's new chief executive.

Ms Carpenter is currently director of environment, leisure and residents service for both Hammersmith and Fulham LBC and Kensington and Chelsea RLBC.
