Bid to get public custom-building own homes

Capita and Lloyds Banking Group have joined forces for a new scheme to help councils construct new homes and encourage people to build their own ‘grand designs’.

Capita and Lloyds Banking Group have joined forces for a new scheme to help councils construct new homes and encourage people to build their own ‘grand designs'.

The Custom and Self-Build Scheme has been launched by Capita Asset Services and Lloyds Banking Group and is based on the existing local authority mortgage programme.
