Big questions over Labour's intentions

Heather Jameson asks what a Labour super majority would mean for local government policy.

So much for the tax and spend conspiracy of silence, it seems to be more of a din but so far there is more noise than harmonious communication. 

In the last few days, Labour Party policy on council tax rises and revaluation have been on, off and – as The MJ went to press – surrounded by a fog of confusion. The only certainty is that Labour would rather talk about loopholes, non-doms and private schools than about taxing the great British voting public.
