The chair of a new independent commission on children’s lives in under-fire Birmingham has said they plan to look at all aspects of growing up in the city.

The chair of a new independent commission on children's lives in under-fire Birmingham has said they plan to look at all aspects of growing up in the city.

The inquiry has been commission by Birmingham City Council and will be run by the Children's Society charity.
