Birmingham in the eye of the storm over tornado

A group of residents are threatening to stop paying council tax because they claim Birmingham City Council has not yet fixed problems caused by last year's tornado.

People living on Alder Road, which was one of the areas worst affected by last summer's freak storm, claim they have repeatedly asked the council to clear up the area, but to no avail. The council were not available for comment.
