Birmingham City Council’s new leader has met with Greg Clark to discuss the creation of a West Midlands ‘sovereign wealth fund’.

Birmingham City Council's new leader has met with Greg Clark to discuss creation of a West Midlands ‘sovereign wealth fund'.

John Clancy hinted he had met the communities secretary to discuss investment of the £11bn West Midlands local government pension fund into new homes and infrastructure.
