A West Midlands local enterprise partnership (LEP) has told ministers the decision on future boundaries should lie with councils.

A West Midlands local enterprise partnership (LEP) has told ministers the decision on future boundaries should lie with councils.

The West Midlands is the only area that has failed to come up with its own plan for how to remove boundary overlaps between the three LEPs - 20 months since they were asked to submit proposals to remove overlaps to ‘provide the necessary clarity of accountability for spending'.
