Birmingham City Council has landed its second property deal with Chinese investors following a recent trade mission to the Far East.

Birmingham City Council has landed its second property deal with Chinese investors following a recent trade mission to the Far East.

The local authority announced last week a consortium of investors from Hong Kong and Macau is to fund a £55m scheme to build more than 200 apartments on the site of an old council data centre in Ladywood.
