Birmingham City Council faces legal costs of up to £600,000 following a High Court ruling.

Birmingham City Council faces legal costs of up to £600,000 following a High Court ruling which found its planned cuts to social care were illegal.

Jack Dromey MP for Erdington sent the council a freedom of information request to obtain the figure, which represents the costs of losing two cases.
