Birmingham's Knottenbelt to retire for second time

Birmingham City Council’s head of adult learning Sue Knottenbelt has retired for the second time in her career.

Birmingham City Council's head of adult learning Sue Knottenbelt has retired for the second time in her career.

She originally retired as vice principal at City College (now South and City College) in 2007, but a three-month assignment with the council's adult education service in 2008 turned into an unexpected second career.
