Oflog is definitely not a league table. Until somebody turns it into one.

As swathes of council seats come up for grabs this week, The Times newspaper has done exactly what local government feared someone would: it has created a league table from Oflog performance data and gifted us headlines about Britain's ‘worst' councils.
