Test Valley BC and its joint venture partner Kier Property have let a new commercial building to a major employer.

Test Valley BC and its joint venture partner Kier Property have let a new commercial building to a major employer.

The detached warehouse and industrial building, known as Evolution 50, will be occupied by manufacturer Laleham Health & Beauty, which currently employs 500 people on two sites.
