Diary hears reports that Westminster and Camden LBCs have denied a secret agreement to blockade border roads to make them impassable to Boris Johnson.

It follows the foreign secretary's assertion that travelling across the post-Brexit border between Northern Ireland and the Republic could be similar to driving across Congestion Charge borders between Labour-led Camden and Tory Westminster.
