Mayor of London Boris Johnson and London Councils have announced the membership of the London Waste and Recycling Board (LWARB), as it enters its second year term.

The full board line-up, appointed by the mayor, includes Richard Tracey, London Assembly member (chairman), and Matthew Pencharz (Independent representative).
