Eight London boroughs have urged the health secretary to adopt a public health funding formula which takes childhood obesity and emergency hospital visits into account.

Eight London boroughs have urged the health secretary to adopt a public health funding formula which takes childhood obesity and emergency hospital visits into account.

The Central London Forward group, which includes Westminster City Council and Camden LBC, wrote to Jeremy Hunt on 29 November asking him to consider a different formula from that currently under consideration, which is based on standardised mortality rates for under-75s.
