London's flagship tri-borough partnership is launching a new pilot scheme designed to speed up adoption cases from April.

The care proceedings pilot involving Westminster City Council, Hammersmith and Fulham LBC, and Kensington and Chelsea RLBC will see the local authorities sign a pact with family court judges to quicken proceedings.
