Bournemouth Council has lifted the suspension of the finance chief who cautioned councillors against an outsourcing contract with the contractor Mouchel.

Bournemouth Council has lifted the suspension of the finance chief who cautioned councillors against an outsourcing contract with the contractor Mouchel.

Chief accountant Stephen Parker was suspended on full pay in October last year, pending an investigation into gross misconduct, after he raised questions relating to the deal in an e-mail sent to councillors prior to a crucial cabinet meeting.
