Trouble-hit Birmingham City Council will face a government review into its governance, as well as an education commissioner to sort out its schools, following the problems of Trojan Horse.

Trouble-hit Birmingham City Council will face a government review into its governance, as well as an education commissioner to sort out its schools, following the problems of Trojan Horse. 

In one of her first task in the role of Education Secretary, Nicky Morgan has announced she would put an education commissioner into the authority, to report directly to herself and to Birmingham chief executive, Mark Rogers.
