The chief executive of the local authority-owned Scape Group has warned the public sector could face ‘significant delays and uncertainty' if the country votes Brexit.

Ahead of the nation going to the polls today, Mark Robinson said the debate about whether the UK remained in the European Union (EU) was already creating insecurity, particularly around publicly-funded construction schemes and also ‘threatens to compound a dire skills shortage'.
