Brighton and Hove names new chief executive

Former Hackney LBC chief executive Penny Thompson looks set to become the new top officer at Brighton and Hove City Council.

Former Hackney LBC chief executive Penny Thompson looks set to become the new top officer at Brighton and Hove City Council.

Her appointment will go before a full council meeting on 25 October for ratification following a cross-party interview panel this week.
