A joint report by the charity Shelter and other sector organisations has accused the Government of failing to tackle Britain's growing housing crisis.

In the second annual Housing Report, the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing and Shelter said ministers were failing to deliver against five out of 10 key housing indicators.
