Bromley goes it alone to privatise library services

Bromley LBC has vowed to carry on with plans to privatise its library service after neighbouring Bexley LBC pulled out of a joint outsourcing plan.

Bromley LBC has vowed to carry on with plans to privatise its library service after neighbouring Bexley LBC pulled out of a joint outsourcing plan.

The two London boroughs had been involved in a procurement exercise to outsource the two services, which are jointly managed by both councils.
