Birmingham City Council has agreed to apologise to 17 people after the Local Government Ombudsman criticised it for repeated missed bin collections.

Birmingham City Council has agreed to apologise to 17 people after the Local Government Ombudsman criticised it for repeated missed bin collections.

The council settled an industrial dispute with refuse workers, which cost the authority almost £6m, earlier this year.
