BT's controversial partnership with Cornwall Council and the NHS is failing to deliver and has been ‘far less successful' than originally planned, a cabinet member has warned.

Cornwall Council's cabinet member for finance, Cllr Adam Paynter, told councillors at a recent member that key performance indicators have not been met on a consistent basis since the joint venture was formed in July 2013.
