Norfolk CC will introduce personalised budgets for day care centre users next month, as part of a major shake-up in social care.

The council's cabinet agreed last week to switch to the budgets from September onwards for the county's 4,300 users of day services. Norfolk's cabinet member for adult and community services, Cllr David Harwood, said the move would give people real choice and control.
