According to the company, the houses will be completed and lived in within five years, with the first sites anticipated next year. It has said the properties will have a minimum life expectancy of 60 years and will be built to an exceptional standard using offsite Modern Methods of Construction. The homes will be arranged in small groups, with no more than eight on one site and no higher than two storeys.
