Empty buildings set for revamp in Staffs

Staffordshire’s county council and police and crime commissioner have joined forces with Kier to unlock the value of empty public buildings.

Staffordshire's county council and police and crime commissioner have joined forces with Kier to unlock the value of empty public buildings.

The Penda Property Partnership will help the council and the police force generate income from excess buildings in the county by turning them into new homes and commercial developments.
