Burnley BC's director of resources to retire

Burnley BC's director of resources,is to retire after 40 years in local government.

Burnley BC's director of resources, Nick Aves, is retiring in December, after almost 40 years in local government.

He started his career as a trainee accountant in the early 1970s, and moved to Burnley as a senior accountant, before working up the ranks to director of finance – now resources.
