Business and charity leaders have backed calls by borough bosses for further devolution of powers across London.

A number of high profile figures, including the former chief executive of Prudential, Harvey McGrath, and the founder of the law firm Lipton Rogers Development, Sir Stuart Lipton, signed a letter to the London Evening Standard on 3 November, adding their voice to the Centre for London's devolution manifesto, which was published last week.
