Lib Dem leader Vince Cable has unveiled his reshuffled shadow cabinet – which includes two former city council leaders.

Former Liverpool City Council leader Mike Storey, now Lord Storey, takes up the  post of spokesman for young people.  A former headteacher, he led the council being one of the worst performing councils in the country, to being one of the most improved.
