Caerphilly names new interim boss

Caerphilly CC has appointed Carmarthenshire CC’s deputy chief as its new interim chief executive.

Caerphilly CC has appointed Carmarthenshire CC's deputy chief as its new interim chief executive.

Chris Burns will replace the current interim chief, Stuart Rosser, who was brought in last summer to ‘restore public confidence' in the under-fire authority.
