David Cameron has announced plans to part-privatise Britain's trunk roads through a multi-billion pound investment initiative.

Prime minister David Cameron has announced plans to part-privatise Britain's trunk roads through a multi-billion pound investment initiative.

Ahead of the budget on 21 March, Mr Cameron called for radical action to tackle a lack of investment in Britain's infrastructure – opening up the possibility of sovereign wealth funds and pension funds running motorways and A-roads.
