Capita buys Trustmarque from Liberata for £57m

Capita has bought the IT company Trustmarque Solutions from rivals Liberata for £57m.

Capita has bought the IT company Trustmarque Solutions from rivals Liberata for £57m.

The company provides a variety of software and cloud technology services, and is also Microsoft's largest public sector licensing specialist in the country.
