Capita snaps up service support firms for £55m

Public sector giant, Capita, has bought two sector support services companies worth a total of £55m.

Public sector giant, Capita, has bought two sector support services companies worth a total of £55m.

The local government contractor agreed a £40.5m cash purchase of the UK private sector business of Vertex last week.
