Plans to announce further health devolution to London this week have been pushed back by Number 10, The MJ understands.

In last week's Budget, chancellor Philip Hammond announced a new devolution deal for the capital, which would give mayor Sadiq Khan and the boroughs more powers over health, transport, infrastructure, criminal justice, skills and employment.
