The full impact of spending cuts on care services will not be known for several years, the president of the Association of Directors of Children’s Services (ADCS) has warned.

Speaking yesterday (9 July) at the ADCS annual conference in Manchester, Alison O'Sullivan said the full impact of recent spending cuts will not become apparent for ‘another one, two or three years'.
