In the month dominated by the opening of emergency shelters for the homeless, hostel staff were told by the National End of Life Care Programme (NEoLCP) that best practice can be improved. The publication came in recognition of the impact end of life care issues has for staff working in the sector, which has limited facilities to support people who need palliative care.
