Town hall chiefs have praised the new care minister's ‘enthusiasm' for integration, following his debut speech.

Speaking at a King's Fund event last week, Norman Lamb – who was appointed to the role in the recent government reshuffle – told delegates he plans to ‘push integration as hard as I can'.
