Integrated care and health programmes are unlikely to deliver any savings in this parliament as the NHS goes further into the red, a leading think-tank has warned.

In a report published today, The King's Fund said new care models, the Better Care Fund and the devolution of health and social care budgets offered ‘significant opportunities to improve care'.
