Troubled care provider Castlebeck is to close its third home since a BBC Panorama documentary revealing abuse in a Bristol centre triggered investigations into all 23 of its sites.

Arden Vale in Meriden ,Solihull, which like Winterbourne View near Bristol, - the centre featured in the expose – provides care for adults with learning disabilities, will cease operating next Thursday ahead of legal action, having been unable to prove it could make improvements demanded.
