CCA chairman Porter vows to champion sector

Local Government Association vice-chairman Gary Porter has been elected chairman of the Conservative Councillors Association.

Local Government Association vice-chairman Gary Porter has been elected chairman of the Conservative Councillors Association (CCA).

The South Holland DC leader was elected at the annual CCA local government conference on 1 and 2 March in Oxford.
