CCN: Bring forward BCF cash for 'fighting chance'

County leaders have joined calls to bring forward the extra cash for Better Care Fund (BCF) cash to address the growing crisis in the sector.

County leaders have joined calls to bring forward the extra cash for Better Care Fund (BCF) cash to address the growing crisis in the sector.

The County Councils' Network has called for the additional £700m promised by the Government for the BCF from 2017/18 to begin this year instead.
