East Midlands Councils has announced that Cllr Martin Hill,leader of Lincolnshire CC, has been elected its new chairman.

In addition, the leaders of Nottingham City Council and Rushcliffe BC have been selected to be vice chairmen of the organisation which serves as a consultative forum for all local councils in the region.
