Changes to building regulations – what does it mean?

Ben Standing of Browne Jacobson looks at what the new building regulations, due to come into force in June in the wake of the Government’s net zero strategy, mean for local government.

The Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2021 (the New Regulations) are due to come into force in England on 15 June 2022.
